DD Chilli (Devanoor Delux Chilli)

Among all varieties of chillies, 341 dry red chillies are mainly used for chilly powder making process. The 341 chilli is darker in colour, bigger in size, pungent in nature. It gives good colour and pungency to the processed chilly powder. It contains pungency value ranging in between 30,000 SHU and 40,000 SHU. 341 Red Chilli has an ASTA colour value of 100-150 ASTA and can grow upto a length of 6-9cms without stem.
