Bay Leaves

Bay Leaf, also known as Tejpatta; has aromatic leaves which are used for culinary and medicinal purposes. True Tejpatta leaves impart a strong cassia – or cinnamon - like aroma to dishes. Bay leaves are commonly found in biryani, pulao, soups, curries and most Indian dishes.
